consultation We have a simple form that we ask you to complete to get the process started. This just gives us some basic information on you and your company that will allows us to understand your business and your needs a little more. Once we have this information, we take time to study it and come up with any questions we might have in addition to the information. This initial process is the most important to CxEffects because it establishes the foundation for our relationship with the client and allows us to know who we are working for and exactly what they want. Sometimes we follow up via email, and others we set up a time to discuss the project over the telephone. We don't move onto the next stage until we are satisfied we understand you! custom quote While our pricing structure is already established, we like to prepare a custom quote for every customer. Sometimes this quote falls right in line with our pricing structure, other times we find ways to save our customers some money. We promise to never go above what you expected to pay during this process, we never mislead anyone into paying for something they don't need or hide fees to surprise you at the end. This quote is prepared so you know exactly what you will pay when the final invoice is sent to you. Every project is different, some often times we find that a customer doesn't need everything we are offering in a package so we do our best to cut costs and save money for our clients whenever and wherever possible. copyright agreement The copyright agreement is a short form stating that any work created is copy written material and owned by CxEffects until final payment has been received, at which time all ownership of designs and artwork will be released to the customer. The 25% down payment will be credited to your account and taken off the final total. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the drafts, this will be gladly refunded. draft samples & fine tuning After establishing our partnership and learning about your needs, our design team will start working on a creative logo for your business. This includes several different looks based on the information you provided us on the form and any follow up conversations that have taken place. All samples will be sent electronically via email. It's important for customers to know that these samples are all interchangeable and open for modifications. You might like the font chosen in Sample 1, the colors in Sample 2, and the image/graphic in Sample 3, if so we take that new information and fine tune the samples to start incorporating the changes you wanted to see. This process defines your logo and through this process we are able to provide you with exactly what you want. submit copy for final approval Once we have fine tuned your logo to you, we'll submit the final draft for your approval. It is now the responsibility of the client to note any additional changes they would like to have made or any mistakes they find. Once satisfied with the final logo, we will email a short form for you to sign approving the final draft as your new logo. art disk Once we receive final payment, we prepare an art disk for the client that includes all the images designed, any fonts used, and all formats needed for future print jobs. now you're ready for a website |
