FORMAT:
The Quick Six College Fantasy Football League (QSCFFL) is a 16-team league that uses players from the 6 BCS conferences (ACC, Big 10, Big XII, Big East, Pac 9 (No UW) and SEC) and Notre Dame since they are a part of the BCS formula. The league is divided into 4 divisions, each made up of 4 teams. The regular season will be 10 weeks long , with the four division winners and two wild card winner advancing to the playoffs and championship game (Week 11, First round, Week 12 Second Round, Week 13 Championship Game and Free-for-all-Brawl).

DRAFT:
The draft will take place online on a message board set up for all 16 owners.  There will be 12-rounds, using a serpentine-style draft. Draft order for the initial draft is randomly determined. Following the live online draft, there will be an open period of free agency to pick up the remaining 4 players on your roster.

ROSTERS AND LINE-UPS:
The team roster consists of 16 players in the 5 categories listed below. The number following is the number of starters each week; there is no maximum number of players per position allowed on the roster, as long as the total does not surpass 16.

STARTING LINEUP:
Quarterback (QB): 1
Running Back (RB): 2
Wide Receiver (WR)/Tight End (TE): 3
Kicker (K): 1
Team Defense (DEF): 1

Starting lineups are due every Thursday by 12 (Noon) PST.  NO LINEUP CHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 12PM (PST) THURSDAY!!! Any team failing to submit a line up prior to the deadline will use the line up from the previous week (owners who do not submit a line-up for week 1 will forfeit) If you know you will be unable to submit a line-up by the deadline for any reasons (vacation, work, etc.), notify the commissioner prior to the deadline in order to make other arrangements.

INJURED RESERVE:
In addition to the 16-player roster, each team will have 2 injured reserve (IR) slots. To be eligible for placement on IR, a player must be listed as injured by his college team or by a reliable news source with his return not likely for at least 4 games. The owner will retain the rights to that player, but the player will not count against the 16-man roster limit.  A player placed in the IR slot will be unavailable for a minimum of 4 weeks and will not be considered an active part of a team's roster during that time.  Once a player is re-activated off of IR, a roster spot must be cleared in advance so that the 18-player limit is not exceeded.

UNSIGNED PLAYERS AND TRADES:

Between each week, teams may make trades and acquire free agents up until the transaction deadline. Trades are allowed through Week 6. The commissioner must approve all trades. If the commissioner feels a trade is not reasonably balanced he will put it up to a league vote. If 50 percent of the non-involved league (7 owners) vote against the trade, than it is overturned. The teams involved in the trade do not vote.

Unsigned player pick-ups are allowed through Week 10. Each team can make a maximum of 3 transactions per week (drops and ads count as one transaction).

Free Agents can be acquired beginning 8am Tuesday of every week and ending Wednesday at 8pm of every week.

Tuesday Waiver Wire:  Owners can acquire one player based on their waiver wire ranking, which will be determined by the following: 1. Worst Won/Loss Record; 2. Least Points Scored (Year to Date); 3. Most Points Scored Against (YTD).  The worst is first and the best team is last.  Each owner will have one hour to submit a pick.  If the owner does not submit an acquisition during his/her time frame, he/she can make a pick at any time after that until 8pm Tuesday.  Owners will also need to list the player they are replacing with the new addition to his/her team.  At no time can you carry more then 16 players with the only exception being Injured Reserve.

Beginning Wednesday morning at 8am PST, all owners are eligible to pick up their remaining players for the week.  Keep in mind that a total of 3 players maximum can be added each week, so if an owner has used his waiver wire transaction on Tuesday, he/she can only pick up a max of two additional players.  Again remember that each owner must submit a player to be dropped as well so that your roster doesn't exceed 16.  If an owner forgets to list who is being replaced, the new player(s) will not be added to the roster.  Any questions email the commissioner.

PLAYOFFS:
At the conclusion of Week 10, the final standings will determine the six teams (4 division winners and the next two best teams based on overall records) who advance to the playoffs. See below for tiebreakers.

TIE BREAKERS:

Tie Breaker for selecting the division winners and wild card teams: 1) Head-to-Head  2) Best Division Record  3) Highest Total Points For 5) Lowest Total Points Against 6) Virtual Coin Toss.

Single Game Tie Breaker (including playoffs and Championship Game) 1) Highest Starting QB Points 2) Highest Starting PK Points 3) Virtual Coin Toss.

MISCELLANEOUS:
This league is intended to be fun and competitive. Poor sportsmanship, such as quitting because your team is losing, just isn't cool. This would include submitting a non-competitive roster with intent to throw a game. Anyone who does not submit a roster three weeks in a row (without contacting the commissioner) will be removed from the league. The removed owner's team will be taken over by the commissioner until a replacement owner is found.

QUESTIONS/COMMENTS:
All questions and/or comments should be sent to the commissioner via email.
